• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 4 heaping tbsp. cocoa
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup mayo
• 1 cup water

mix dry ingredients
make well and add remaining ingredients
mix thoroughly
bake 40 minutes at 350
