Ingredients

  • 1 Medium bag of frozen hashbrowns
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 1/3 c. crushed corn flakes

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except for 2 Tbsp. melted butter and corn flakes. Place in 9x13 pan. Top with corn flakes and drizzle with butter. Bake 350° for 45 minutes.
