Butter - Dijon Mustard Butter

Great on veggies (asparagus, beans, cauliflower and broccoli).
Also good on grilled chicken and fish.

Ingredients
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1 tea. drained capers, rinsed
- 1/8 tea. salt
- 1/8 tea. pepper
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil (or 1 Tbsp. dried)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate in a covered container until needed.
