Supreme Pizza Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded {mild, medium or sharp}
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise {or 1/2 mayo and 1/2 sour cream}
  • 1 cup Turkey Pepperoni, chopped
  • 1 cup Pork Sausage, cooked
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms, sauteed in 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano {or 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning}
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • Mission Multi-Grain Flour Tortillas
  • Oil for brushing

Preparation

Step 1

Cook sausage and saute mushrooms
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, mix well
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spread dip into 13x9 pan
Cook for about 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly.

This Pizza Dip can easily be made up ahead, just cover with plastic wrap and keep in fridge. Remove from fridge about 20 minutes before cooking. The dip is best served right out of the oven, but we enjoyed it after it was cooled down a bit as well. We served the Pizza Dip with chips made from a multi-grain flour tortilla, but also liked it with Tostitos Scoops chips.
