Sausage Pizza Omelet

• 1/2 package turkey sweet Italian sausage
• 4 eggs
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 can (8 oz.) pizza sauce, heated
• 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 Tbsp. shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook and crumble sausage in large 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, about 8 minutes. Remove from skillet. Whisk together eggs and milk. Spray skillet generously with nonstick cooking spray and return to medium heat. Pour egg mixture into skillet, cook 5 minutes; sprinkle cooked sausage over 1/2 egg mixture. When omelet is cooked through, about 3 minutes, top with 1/2 of the pizza sauce. Fold omelet in half and turn onto plate. Sprinkle with cheeses. Serve remaining pizza sauce on the side.
