Teacher Salad

Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • Napa cabbage, sliced in small strips
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 Tbs sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 package Ramen noodles
  • 2 Tbs soy
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup oil

Preparation

Step 1

Toast sesame seeds and almonds in 1 Tbs butter til golden.

Boil dresssing ingredients together for 3 minutes and then cool.

Combine salad ingredients with sesame seeds and almonds in large bowl.

Toss with dressing mix before serving.
