Roast Beef Pinwheels

Ingredients

• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 Tablespoons ranch salad dressing mix
• 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
• 1/4 finely chopped green onions
• 4 flour tortillas
• 1/2 lb. thinly sliced deli roast beef

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl combine sour cream, salad dressing mix and garlic. Stir in onions. Spread over tortillas, top with beef. Roll up tightly and cut into 1 inch pieces: secure with toothpics. Chill until serving and discard toothpicks.
