Mix in the pan Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup oil
• 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
• 3/4 cup water
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 1/3 cups flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 300g pkg chocolate chips, divided
• 1/3 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil and chocolate in a 9" square pan in 375 deg F oven for 4 min, until melted. Add water, sugar, egg, flour, salt and baking soda. Beat with a fork until smooth, about 2 min. Stir in half of the chips. Sprinkle with nuts and remaining chocolate chips. Bake 30 min. Cool.
