Ingredients

1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 lemons, sliced
ping colored sugar

Preparation

Step 1

BRING sugar and water to simmer and stir until sugar dissolves
ADD lemon slices and boil 1 minute
LET lemons stand in pan for 1 hour off heat
COOL and sprinkle with pink colored sugar
