Swiss Fruit Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 large can of fruit (peach slices, half apricots, plums, etc.), drained
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 2 eggs
  • sugar
  • Dash of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Fresh fruit can also be used in the recipe.

Line pie plate with the crust; do NOT cook. Place the fruit in the pie shell.

Mix 1/2 cup cream, eggs, sugar and dash of salt; pour over fruit.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
