cup butter, softened
8-oz can crushed pineapple, with juice
tsp baking soda
cup chopped nuts
10 oz package of white chips
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl until well blended. Add eggs and vanilla; blend well. Blend in pineapple and juice. Stir together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg; gradually add to butter mixture, beating until well blended. Stir in pecans and white chips. Drop by tbs onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes until lightly browned around edges.
