Ingredients
- 1 C sugar
- 2 T flour
- 2 1/2 t salt
- 1 3/4 C pineapple juice
- 2 eggs, beaten

Step 1
Cook above on medium until thick. Add 1 T lemon juice and cool.
Cook 1 box of Acini Pepe #44 following directions and drain. Cool and add sauce. Refrigerate over night wrapped tightly.
Add 3 cans of drained mandarin oranges
2 cans pineapple tidbits (20 oz.) drained
20 oz. crushed pineapple drained
12 oz. Cool Whip
Chill at least 2 hrs. Needs a very large bowl. 1/2 this recipe is still large.
