LAYER SAUSAGE, BREAD AND CHEESE IN CASSEROLE DISH. COMBINE OTHER INGREDIENTS AND POUR OVER THE BREAD AND SAUSAGE. BAKE AT 350 F FOR 40 MINUTES.
