BERRY AND CREAM CHEESE BAKED FRENCH TOAST

Grease a 9x13 baking dish. Cut up 12 slices of bread and put in baking dish. Then take an 8 oz pkg fat free cream cheese and cut into cubes and set aside. IN a large bowl mix 12 eggs. Then stir in 2 c milk. Pour over bread and allow to soak in. Spoon in 1 1/2 c fresh or frozen mixed berries and cream cheese and push these in. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake another 20-30 minutes. Can make this the day before and refigerate. It do this, pull out 30 min prior to baking. For a sauce, combine 1 c sugar, 2 tbsp corn starch and 1 c water. Bring to slow boil then reduce heat and stir 2-3 minutes, then add 1 c fresh or frozen betteries and 1 tbsp butter and simmer 5-8 minutes. WE TRIED THIS 12/1 AND IT WAASS VERY GOOD. HOWEVER IT WAS WAY TOO MUCH AND THE SAUCE WAS EXCELLENT. THE KIDS DIDNT LIKE IT MUCH.
