Ingredients
- 2 # zuchini, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 (8 oz) package pepperidge farm stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup butter
Preparation
Step 1
Cook zuchini in boiling water for about 3 minutes. Combine soup and sour cream. Stir in carrots, squash onions and add salt to taste. Combine stuffing mix with melted butter. Spread 1/2 stuffing in 12x7x2 inch baking dish, spoon 1/2 vegetables on top then put remaining stuffing on veggies, followed by remaining vegetables
Bake 350 for 25-30 minutes.
