Ingredients
- 4 C. rhubarb (1 inch pieces)
- 1/4 C. sugar
- 1/4 C. water
- 1 t. ground cinnamon

Step 1
Combine rhubarb, sugar and water in a saucepan, cover and cook over medium heat until mixture thickens and rhubarb breaks down into a sauce, about 10 minutes.
Remove heat, stir in cinnamon.
Cool completely and serve over vanilla ice cream.
