Ingredients
- #1 ingredients:
- 1 # flank steak
- 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
- 1 Tbs soy sauce superior
- 1/2 Tbs sugar
- 1 Tbs white wine
- 1 Tbs cornstarch
- 1/4 Tbs baking soda
- #2 ingredients:
- 3 Tbs soy sauce superior
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 4 Tbs water
- 1 cup 2 inch sliced green onions
- 1 cup sliced bamboo shoots
Preparation
Step 1
Remove fat from beef. Cut lengthwise and then cut against the grain into thin bite size pieces. Mix with all #1 ingredients and let sit 30 minutes.
Heat 1 cup oil for deep frying. Deep fry meat until color changes. Remove all but 2 Tbs oil in pan. Stir fry green onions and bamboo shoots for 3 minutes then add all #2 ingredients and beef. Mix and serve over rice.
