Sausage Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausages
  • 1/3 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp worchestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Cook sausages and cut up. Saute vegetables. Add the rest of the ingredients along with the sausages and simmer 15 minutes.
