Ingredients

    tsp cayenne

    tsp black pepper

  • 2

    # beef shank

  • # brisket

  • 2

    qt beef stock

  • 3

    c onion chopped

  • 1

    can tomato paste (6 oz)

  • ½

    c rice

  • ½

    c scallions

Directions

1. Rub the peppers into the meat, let sit 30 minutes 2. Place meat in pot, add beef stock, onion and tomato paste 3. Simmer 2 hr, while skimming 4. Add rice cook 30 min 5. Stir in scallions and serve
