Pollock Tzimmes Recipe - Pressure Cooker

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. carrots, cut into thin coins
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • Dash powdered ginger
  • Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. oil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all the ingredients, dissolving the flour in water before adding.

Cook on High Pressure for 4 minutes and use the fast release method. Keep cooking on Sauté to boil off the excess liquid and render it syrupy.
