Ingredients

  • Cake:

  • 1

    pkg. Yellow cake mix

  • 1

    pkg. vanilla instant pudding

  • 3/4

    c veg. oil

  • 3/4

    c water

  • 4

    eggs

  • 1

    t butter extract

  • 1

    t vanilla

  • 1/2

    cup chopped pecans

  • Sprinkle:

  • 1/4

    c sugar

  • 2

    t cinnamon

  • chopped pecans

  • Glaze:

  • 1

    c powder sugar

  • 3

    T milk

  • 1/2

    t butter extract

  • 1/2

    t vanilla extract

Directions

Prepare a Bundt pan by generously greasing it with Crisco and sprinkle with finally chopped pecans. Combine cake mix, pudding, oil and water and mix well. Add eggs one at a time and mix well after each, add flavorings and beat for 6-8 minutes at high speed. Layer batter in 1/3, and sprinkle sugar,cinnamon and pecan mixture in between the layers starting and ending with batter. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Check to make sure it is done. Let cool for 10 minutes them remove from pan. Brush glaze with a pastry brush. Enjoy
