Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- dash of salt
- 2 Tbs cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pint blueberries or 2 cups frozen berries
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Combine sugar, salt and cornstarch. Stir in water. Add blueberries. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until clear and thick (4 min). Remove from heat and add lemon juice. Chill.
Use over waffles, ice cream, blintze etc.
