Ingredients

  • 1

    16 oz. box powered sugar

  • 1/2

    cup butter, softened

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 1

    Tbsp rum flavoring

  • 1

    cup chopped pecans

  • 8

    oz. semisweet chocolate

  • 1

    tsp paraffin wax

Directions

Cream together sugar and butter. Add lemon, rum flavoring, and pecans. With dry hands, roll into balls and place on a baking sheet. Refrigerate overnight. The next day, melt chocolate and paraffin in a double boiler. Dip balls in chocolate mixture and remove with a spoon, being careful to drain well. Let harden in a single lawer on waxed paper.
