Pecan crusted Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 c corn flakes
• 1 T dried parsley fakes
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 panko br3ead crumbs
• 1/2 c finely chopped pecans
• 3 T milk
• 1 1/2 lbs boneless breasts cut in 1" pieces
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat to 400
In Blender, blend corn flakes parsley and garlic powder.
Mix pecans and bread crumbs
Sprinkle chicken pieces the seasoning, then dip in milk and roll in crumb mix
Place on grease dish and spritz with cooking spray
Bake 12-16 minutes until chicken is no longer pink, turning 1/2 way through
