Ingredients
- 1 c almond flour
- 2 T arrowroot flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 3 eggs
- 1 c heavy cream
- 6 T lard
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together all of the ingredients except for the lard. The batter can be refrigerated up to 4 hrs prior to cooking. (If the batter separates, whisk it again before baking).
Preheat oven to 450. Grease each muffin cup w/the lard and fill up 3/4 of the way to the top. Bake for 20 min or until golden brown on top.
