- 2 c flour
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1/3 c baking cocoa
- 1 c mayo
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 c warm water
- 2 tsp baking soda
- Glaze: 1/2 c cream
- 2 tbs corn syrup
- salt
- 1 c chocolate chips, bittersweet or semi-sweet

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 10 inch bundt pan.
Combine flour, sugar and cocoa in large mixing bowl. Stir in mayo and vanilla and beat for 2 mins. Mix baking soda and warm water in small bowl. Add to cocoa mixture slowly while beating, until well blended.
Pour batter into prepared. Bake 40-45 mins. Cool for 20 mins in pan before removing.
Glaze: Place all ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Cool for 15-20, stirring occasionally until the glaze is thickened but still pourable. Drizzle on cake.
