Pecan Cheesecake Pie

Pecan Cheesecake Pie 0 Picture


  • For cheesecake layer:
  • 1 refrigerated pie shell
  • 1 pkg cream cheese (8oz)
  • 1/4 C sugar
  • 1 egg
  • For pecan layer:
  • 2/3 C dark corn syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 T butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 C pecns



Step 1

1. Spray 9 inch pie plate with non-stick spray. Press pie crust into pie plate and crimp edges

2. Beat the cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Add the egg and beat again. Spread in the bottom of the pie crust.

3. Whisk together the dark corn syrup, eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla. Stir in the pecan. Gently spoon the mixture over the cheesecake layer. Cover the edges so it doesn't burn.

4. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely. It will be puffy when it comes out, but it will sink as it cools. eep refrigerated.
