- 1 . 1 C graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 C sugar, 1 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/4 milk.
- 2 . 8 oz cream cheese, 1/4 C sugar, 2 eggs separated, 1 TBsp flour, 1 tsp vanilla, juice from 1/2 lemon, 1 TBsp of lemon peel.
- Sour cream
Combine all ingredients from 1. and press into 9" pie plate bottom and up sides. Bake 350 for 5 min.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add egg yolks to mixture. Whip egg whites. Add flour, vanilla, lemon juice and peel to cream cheese mix and fold in egg whites.
Pour cream cheese mix into graham cracker shell.
Bake 350 for 45 min. Let cool. Spread sour cream on top and bake for 5 more min.
