Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 2 c diced, cooked chicken
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup rice, cooked
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 4 oz can water chestnuts, slivered and drained
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 cup cornflakes, crushed slightly

Preparation

Step 1

For Casserole: Mix all together. Place in a 2 quart casserole dish, sprayed with Pam.

Then mix all topping ingredients together and place on top of casserole mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
