Ingredients
- Topping:
- 2 c diced, cooked chicken
- 1 cup celery
- 1 cup rice, cooked
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 4 oz can water chestnuts, slivered and drained
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1 cup cornflakes, crushed slightly

Preparation
Step 1
For Casserole: Mix all together. Place in a 2 quart casserole dish, sprayed with Pam.
Then mix all topping ingredients together and place on top of casserole mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
