  • 1 tub Philadelphia SaVoury Garlic cooking creme
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 3 lbs (6) baking potatoes
  • 2/3 cup Kraft Parmesan Shredded Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 F. Whisk 1 tub Philadelphia Savoury Garlic Cooking creme, 1 cup milk, and 1/2 tsp ground black pepper until well blended.

Peel an very thinly slice 3 pounds baking potatoes (about 6) Layer half of the potatoes, half of the cooking creme mixture and 1/3 cup Kraft Parmesan Shredded Cheese in a shallow 2 litre casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray. Repeat layers and cover.

Bake 1 hour 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender and sauce is hot and bubbly, uncovering after 45 minutes.
