  • 1-12 lb turkey, washed and cavity dry
  • 1 orange
  • 2 teas dried rosemary
  • 1 teas dried sage
  • 1/2 teas black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix spices and rub on turkey
Place orange inside cavity
place in roaster with water in bottom

Roast as written on turkey package.
