  • Puff Pastry Sheet
  • 1 egg
  • 1 TBS water
  • 1/3 c dried cranberries
  • 1/4 c walnuts/ pecans
  • Brown Sugar
  • 13 oz Brie

Preparation

Step 1

1. thaw puff patry at room temperature, about 40 minutes
2. Beat egg and water together
3. Unflod sheet on lightly floured surface,
4. Stir cranberries, nuts together, and spread into center of square, top with cheese sprinkle with brown sugar. Brush edges with egg mixture.
5. Fold two opposite sides over cheese. Trim remaining tow sides of square and fold up onto cheese and press edges to seal.
6. Place seam side down, brush with egg mixture.
