  • 1/2 large bag of loose hash browns
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped ham
  • 1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 6 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Step 1

Thaw hash browns for 5 minutes in microwave on medium setting. Pat/spread hash browns over the bottom of a 9 x 9 square baking pan which has been sprayed with cooking spray. Add chopped ham and grated cheddar cheese. Beat the eggs and milk rogether until smooth. Pour over the potatoes, ham and cheese. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 40-55 minutes. This may be prepared the night before.
