Ingredients

  • 2 pints (4 cups) strawberries
  • 2 cups whipping (heavy) cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 6 to 8 whole strawberries, if desired
  • Fresh mint leaves, if desired

Preparation

Step 1

Place 2 pints strawberries, the whipping cream and sugar in blender. Cover and blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until blended and creamy. Spoon into wine glasses or goblets. Cover and freeze 4 hours. Remove from freezer 1 hour before serving, and place in refrigerator.

Top each serving with whole strawberry and mint leaf.
