  • 1 bunch asparagus trimmed (about 1 lb.)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Arrange asparagus in single layer on baking sheet; drizzle with olive oil, rolling to coat.
Roast about 10 mins. until asparagus is tender.
Remove from oven.
Season generously with salt/pepper and sprinkle evenly with cheese. Return to oven to roast another 5 mins until cheese begins to soften and brown.
