  • 8 oz self rising cornmeal
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • s & p
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 2 tsp hot sauce
  • 5 green onions - chopped

Step 1

Mix together and if necessary add 1-2 tbsp self rising flour if too thin. Fry in oil - turn quickly. 6 minutes total cook time.
