Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 5 tbsp light mayo
- 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 lb large peeled and deveined shrimp
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp evoo
- 3 C. shredded cabbage
- 4 tbsp scalliions
- Coat shrimp with cornstarch.
- Cook in pan and oil.
- Combine sauce.
- Serve in lettuce wrap with sauce.
