Special Salmon Steaks

  • 2 salmon steaks or halibut steaks (8 oz. ea.)
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/8 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning



Step 1

Place salmon in a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish. Top with butter and lemon juice. Combine onion, parsley, garlic salt and lemon pepper; sprinkle over salmon. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
