Sweet and Sour Sauce

Ingredients

• 1/4 c corn starch
• 1/4 c water
• 6 ounces pineapple juice
• 6 ounces water
• 1/2 c brown sugar
• 1/2 c granulated sugar
• 3/4 c apple cider vinegar
• 1/2 c ketchup
• 1 T soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cornstarch and water well

Over med heat, combine remaining ingredients. Whisk to blend. Bring sauce to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Add cornstarch mix and cook until thick and shiny, about 5 minutes.
