Ingredients
- 1/2 cu. diced green pepper
- 1/2 cu. margarine
- 1/2 cu. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 cu. milk
- 1 3/4 cu. chicken broth
- 1 small can green peas
- 2 cu. chopped cooked chicken
- 4 ox. jar diced pimentos

Preparation
Step 1
In large skillet melt margarine. Add green pepper and sauté for 5 minutes. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in milk & chicken broth. Heat to boiling on low - medium heat until thick, stirring constantly. boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in chicken, drained peas and pimentos and heat thoroughly.
