Southern Peach Puddin' Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 peeled & sliced peaches
  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 box cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1 1/4 c water
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/3 c oil
  • 2 c cold milk

Preparation

Step 1

Blend cake mix with oil, water and egg whites. Pour into 9x13 greased pan. Place into 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.

Blend the cold milk with the pudding mix and chill until just set.

Once cake comes out of the oven let it cool then lay out your peach slices on top of the cake.

Pour the pudding on top of the peaches and spread to cover.

It's good to go now, but is also awesome once it's all fused together in the fridge for a while too!

See you can really use all different favors! Strawberry cake, strawberries, chocolate cake, chocolate pudding. You name it!!
