Orange Honey Cake & Orange Icing

Ingredients
- Sift together:
- 1 Cup honey (orange blossom if available)
- 4 Eggs, mix until frothy
- Add 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 1/2 Cup flour
- 1 Teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 Teaspoon baking soda
- Add to honey/egg mixture, slowly.
- Grease and flour a loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
- Icing
- 3 Tablespoons softened butter
- 1 1/2 Cup powdered sugar
- 2 Teaspoons orange rind
- 1 Tablespoon orange juice
- or enough to gain proper consistency.

Step 1
Ice cooled loaf cake. Cut into 1 inch slices. Serve with Cool Whip or Whipped Cream.
