Ingredients
- 1 box raisin bran (15 oz)
- 5 cups plain flour
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 T cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 5 tsp. baking soda
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 4 eggs - slightly beaten
- 1 cup oil (I use 1/2 canola and 1/2 coconut oil)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together first six ingredients in a LARGE bowl - mix well.
Add all liquid ingredients and mix well.
Store in an airtight container and use as desired.
Fill greased muffin tin 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes.
Batter will keep six weeks in refrigerator.
