Crab Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Velvetta
  • 1 lb butter
  • 20 slices white bread with crust removed
  • 1-2 crab flaked legs
  • 2 Tbs sesame seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Melt cheese and 1/2 lb butter let cool and add crab meat.
Butter and cheese will blend. Stir until mixture is a spreadable consistency.
Roll each slice of bread to flatten.
Spread mixture on 1 side of bread and roll up.
Melt remaining butter.
Brush rolls with butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Place seam side down in a lightly buttered shallow baking dish.
Cut each roll into thirds.
Broil turning once, until golden brown.
