- 4 pounds boiled potatoes, salt for water on potatoes, 1 cup half and half, 8 Tlbs. butter, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1/3 cup cream style horseradish, 1 egg, 2 Tlbs. fresh thyme leaves

Step 1
Preheat oven 350. Boil potatoes with salted water. Cook until tender, Drain potatoes and reserve. Spray 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray. In microwave safe measuring cup put half and half and 6 tlbs. butter cook in microwave in 30 second intervals until butter is melted and hot. In bowl combine potatoes half and half mixture 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper on low speed, beat 30 seconds. On medium speed beat 1 minute. Add horseradish, egg, and chopped thyme, beat until light and fluffy. Pour into baking dish. Melt remaining butter drizzle over potatoes. Bake 25 minutes or until hot, and lightly browned
