Crock Pot Macaroni and Cheese
- 2 cups uncookd macaroni
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 2 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 sour cream
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Boil the macaroni in water for 6 minutes, drain
In a medium sauce pan melt butter and cheese. Stir until the cheese melts.
In slow cooker, combine cheese mixture add sour cream, soup, milk, mustard and pepper. Add the drained macaroni and stir gain.
Cook on low for 2 1/2 hours, stirring occassinally.
This recipe can be doubled easily!
