Ingredients
- Reynolds Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
- 2 pkgs. (14 oz. each) frozen broccoli florets
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cans cream of broccoli soup, undiluted
- 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 3/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 1/2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
- 3 T. butter, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Line 13x9x2-inch baking pan with Reynolds Wrap-set aside.
Microwave broccoli according to pkg. directions; drain.
Arrange cooked brocooli in foil-lined pan.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Combine eggs, soupd, sour cream and onion; spread over cheese and broccoli.
Combine stuffing mix and butter; sprinkle over casserole.
Bake 30-40 minutes til heated through.
