Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup strong coffee
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 3 cup flour
- 1 tsp each of baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
- 1/2 tsp each nutmeg and allspice.
- Can add raisins and nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar add eggs and coffee
In bowl add all dry ingredients mix well.
Drop by tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake 350 for 8-10 min.
