Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups cold milk
- 1 (4-serving size) package vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
- 1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed (1 8-ounce container equals 3-1/2 cups)
- 2 tablespoons toasted sliced almonds, divided
- 1 (20 ounce) can light cherry pie filling
Preparation
Step 1
Pour milk and pudding mix into a leakproof 1-quart container and shake vigorously for 45 seconds or until well blended.
Gently stir in whipped topping and 1 tablespoon of almond slices.
Alternately spoon pudding mixture and cherries into parfait glasses.
Refrigerate until ready to serve and garnish with remaining almonds.
