Ingredients
- 2 1/8 cup of flour
- 1 teasp. baking soda
- 1/2 teasp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. regular semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c large bittersweet chips
- 1 1/2 finely chopped walnuts
- 1 c (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 c light or dark brown sugar, tightly packed
- 1/2 c white sugar
- 2 teasp. vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375 F.
Sift flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside
Mix together chocolate chips and nuts. Set aside
Cream butter & sugars until light and fluffy
Add one egg mix for 5 seconds. Scrape down sides of bowl
Add 2nd egg; mix for 5 seconds, scrape bowl
Add flour in batches, when mixed add chocolate chips and nuts
Bake about 8 - 10 min.
